1. Click Register as a new user

2. Fill out the registration form information with a valid email address and password.

3. Check your email for a RiverLink confirmation message to verify your new account.
NOTE: Call 1-855 RIV-LINK (748-5465) if you do not receive confirmation email.

4. Once you confirm your new account click on Open/Manage Account and login

1. Click on Open/Manage Account and log into your RiverLink account

2. Click on Payments then Make Payment

3. Enter amount, select payment method and click submit payment
NOTE: ACH payment method is bank transfer/debit.

4. Enter payment information and click submit

5. Go to account summary to view the successful payment transaction

2. Click on Account Features then Edit Account

3. Scroll down to Auto-Replenishment Information and check “Auto-Replenish Balance?” box

4. Select account and enter replenish amount. Click save to complete.

2. Click on Vehicles then Edit Vehicle

3. Click on Edit

4. Update your license plate information

5. Click on Save to complete

3. Enter vehicle information and choose existing E-ZPass transponder

4. Click on Add Vehicle at bottom of form to complete

2. Select the transponder you want to replace

3. Select the replacement reason

NOTE: Your transponder will be mailed within 5-7 business days

2. Click on Add Payment Method

3. Select payment method type and click Save Changes

4. Enter payment method details, then click Save Changes

5. Payment method will be listed in Manage Payment Methods

1. Click on Open/Manage Account and log into your RiverLink account

2. Click on Account Features, then Edit Account

3. Find IVR PIN number field near the top of the page

4. Click in the IVR PIN field, it will revel the PIN number. You may keep the same number or change it to another 4-digit code. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

3. Find Statement Delivery and change from First Class Mail to E-Mail.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

1. Enter invoice number and license plate number, then click Pay Your Toll Invoice

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Invoice. This will show all outstanding tolls and fees.

3. Click to check all invoices being paid.

4. Click Make Payment at bottom of page

4. Enter payment information and click Submit Payment

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Invoice.

3. Scroll to Transaction History section.

4. See the Paid column on the far right side of the Transaction History. “Yes” should appear on all paid transaction items.

5. See Total Amount Due at top of page to verify a zero balance

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Click Here To Download The Toll Dispute Form button.
NOTE: You may have to CTRL-Click or right click to save the form. Make sure you download the form and save it to your computer before completing it.

2. Open the interactive PDF that was saved to your computer. Fill out all required information in the highlighted fields and save.
NOTE: You may need additional apps or software to complete the form on a mobile device.


4. You may also print out the dispute form and complete by hand. These should be delivered or mailed to one of the RiverLink Customer Service Centers.
