As part of the national effort to help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities, RiverLink Walk-Up Centers in Louisville and Jeffersonville are temporarily closed. 

Please note the following information to assist you.

  • You may experience longer than normal wait times to make a payment over the phone. Use the automated phone system to make a payment and find additional answers to your questions. Call 855-RIV-LINK (855-748-5465).
  • For step-by-step directions on using RiverLink.com to make a payment, please click here.
  • Owe toll and fees? Online conversion is available, once per license plate. Open a prepaid account, have all fees waived and pay lowest toll rates. Learn more here.
  • Drivers without prepaid accounts can choose to Pay by Plate. Just click on Pay Tolls at RiverLink.com and follow next steps.
  • To learn how to add or update your credit card/payment information online, click here.
  • Prepaid account holders can sign up for auto-replenishment to quickly and easily maintain a positive balance.

  • Checks for tolls owed should include your invoice/reference number, be made out to RiverLink and mailed to:

    Please ensure your most recent invoice/reference number is included with your payment. Allow ten (10) days for mailed payments to reach us. Do not pay more than amount due.

About RiverLink

RiverLink is the tolling system for the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project. Tolling is in place on the Abraham Lincoln Bridge (I-­65 North), the John F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge (I-65 South) and the Lewis and Clark Bridge (SR 265/KY 841) connecting Prospect, KY and Utica, IN.

Owe Tolls? Save Now and Later!

People who have received an invoice may qualify to have tolls owed lowered and late fees waived when they open a RiverLink prepaid account. Online conversion is available, once per license plate. Open a prepaid account, have all fees waived and pay lowest toll rates. If you qualify, this option will appear after you look up your invoice online.
